Shipping & Delivery Policy (FishingStore.in)

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

Dispatch time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days (Mon–Fri).

• We don’t normally dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Carriers & coverage

• We ship with reputed couriers wherever service is available.

• If a courier isn’t available for your pincode, we’ll use India Post Registered Parcel/Speedpost.

Delivery time

• Most orders arrive within 3–15 working days from dispatch (location dependent).

• For India Post shipments, tracking can take up to 2 working days to start updating.

Shipping charges

• Shipping is weight-based. If you buy multiple items, we total the weight and apply a single shipping fee according to slabs.

Address & redelivery

• Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout.

• Couriers generally attempt delivery up to 3 times. If returned to us due to non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or tampered package

• If the package looks damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to mark it as “returned to sender.”

• Then email us at mail@fishingstore.in with your Order ID and photos so we can help immediately.

Responsibility

• Once handed to the carrier, delays due to courier/network issues are outside our control. We’ll do our best to support and escalate.
