We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Eligible returns
We accept returns only if:

You received a wrong item, or

The item arrived damaged, or
-
There is a manufacturer defect.
Cosmetic wear from use, size/fit preference, or normal packaging wear are not eligible.
How to request a return

Email mail@fishingstore.in within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos/video of the issue, and the unboxing images if available.

Use the same email address used at checkout.
Return process

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide a return address.

Items must be unused, with all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging intact.
Replacements / refunds

If the exact item is available, we’ll replace it.

If not available, we’ll issue either:

a refund to the original payment method, or
-
a store credit (coupon) for the product value—your choice.

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
Cancellations

You may cancel before dispatch at no charge—email mail@fishingstore.in.

Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible; the order will fall under the returns process above.
